A Last Will and Testament in Israel Inheritance Law<\/b><\/h4>\n

A last will and testament in Israel is a legal document which details how an estate should be divided after the death of the individual who wrote the will. \u00a0A last will and testament in Israel ensures that the individual\u2019s property will be dealt with according to their wishes. \u00a0It can provide instructions or give conditions as to how the individual wishes for the estate to be managed or divided. \u00a0A last will and testament in Israel does not have to be detailed, and it may just provide general guidelines as to how the individual wants to divide their estate and possessions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Four Types of Wills<\/b><\/h4>\n

Israel inheritance law recognizes four types of wills.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. A will that is written by hand<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. A will that is made in the the presence of witnesses<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. A will that is made before an authority<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. An deathbed will (otherwise referred to as an oral will)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
